REMOTE ACCESS VPN PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
Redmine Networks were approached to implement a remote access solution for a workforce of 200 staff. The solution was to be based on an existing Cisco hardware platform.
The primary objective was to facilitate remote working and maintain productivity across the business in situations when travel or weather disruptions prevented staff from getting to the offices
HOW DID WE DO IT?
We engaged with the client and proposed the various remote access options available and the user experience for each. The client was able to work with us to decide on the best solution that worked for their user base. The solution was implemented and rolled out to a test user base for user acceptance testing. Post this any required changes were implemented before the mass rollout of the solution to all users.

The client user base were very receptive to the solution and feedback received by the business was very positive. We ensured that the client staff were represented in the decision making phase to choose the best-fitting solution which is a simple process we adopt as we value the experience our clients have with any solution we implement.
